We first met Michael in 2022. He came to our house to replace some composite siding that had weathered drastically. We immediately knew we had found a very qualified, knowledgeable man that can handle any home project. His experience in the construction industry qualifies him to perform small repairs to complete remodeling of bathrooms, kitchens, any room in a home. We had an issue in a 2nd floor condo where cement was used under carpet. It was cracked and chipped horribly. The flooring company wouldn’t touch it. Michael repaired every gap and crack and laid in the tack strip. He has replaced outside rock siding on our new house plus installed new granite countertops and backsplash. He gave us expert advice on types and styles of tile and color choices to blend with the granite. His vast knowledge of decoration styles and materials is extremely valuable. Most contractors are wanting to build complete homes and not be bothered with smaller home repairs. Just as important, he is very affordable. He is absolutely invaluable!

So that project turned into him designing my new kitchen all new hardwood flooring fixed a door where others said i needed a new one. Plumbed in my sink. Michael isnt out there trying to take advantage of someone hes so professional,knowledgeable,highly skilled a perfectionist and a very patient man. He takes time to explain what hes doing and and teaches you what to do and what not to do. I am so incredible pleased and extremely happy with the work Michael did for me and i know darn well i saved a lot of money having Michael help me over another contractor. I love my pergola. Michael did a wonderful job of planning and constructing my pergola to match my home and outside living. Michael provided a 3D model of the plan for me to submit to our HOA. The HOA immediately approved the plans (which never happens) and could start construction without delays. Michael is very professional and wasted no time completing the project. I would hire him and recommend him to do any home project. He also provided guidance, ordered and hung top and side shades for privacy in my pergola. His rates are very reasonable and you will not be disappointed in any project you hire him to complete. His attention to detail is amazing. I rate him a 10+.
